Return and Exchange Policy
This Return Policy Applies Only to Orders Placed on dynaras.com
If the product is customized and already in production, we do not offer refunds or returns for non-quality-related issues. Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it. After the inspection, our customer service team will process your refund or assist with a replacement order.
Return Eligibility Requirements

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.

We only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return. 
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will be refused.
Refund Instructions
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs duties or additional fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returned items must be kept in original packaging and include all certificates, warranty cards, authenticity cards, original invoices, and gifts.
Products must be undamaged and meet the conditions of the original purchase.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. If you receive a damaged item, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion. In such cases, please contact our after-sales support team immediately.
Changes to Services and Pricing
If there are changes to our product pricing, we will notify you via email.
Please note: We do not offer price difference compensation for any orders placed more than 7 days ago.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, and will notify you via email if any changes occur. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Limited 1-Year Product Warranty
All our products come with a limited 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in the original product. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by installation or misuse.
To claim your warranty, please provide your purchase receipt and transaction details to our customer service team for verification. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the warranty process.
